Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Lettuce, chopped 1 c Arugula, chopped (optional)
2 c Spinach, chopped 2 tb Olive oil
2 c Alfalfa sprouts 2 ts Lemon juice, fresh
1 c Assorted sprouts *1 2 ts Soy sauce -OR-
1 c Cucumber, peeled, cubed 1/2 ts Dijon mustard
1 md Tomato, sliced
*1 lentil, mung bean, aduki, radish, pea, red clover or wheat berry.
Combine vegetables and sprouts in large bowl. Add oil and toss. Add
lemon juice and soy sauce or mustard and toss again.
