Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 pk Spinach, thawed drained
1 lb Monteray jack, cubed
3/4 c Flour
1 c Milk
1 ts Baking Powder
5 tb Butter
2 ea Eggs, beaten
Mix and pour in 7 x 11" pan. Bake at 400 for 30 Minutes (or 350 for 45
minutes) Cool and cut. May be served warm or cold.
