4 ea Salmon steaks; 1" thick
2 tb Butter or marg; melted
2 tb White wine
1 tb Fresh parsley; minced
1 sm Garlic clove; minced
1/2 ts Salt
Arrange steaks in rice bowl. Combine all remaining ingredients and
pour over fish. Add 1 cup water to reservoir, cover and steam from 19
to 22 minutes.
Serves 4
