See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
3 ea Pan-dressed trout
-fresh or thawed
1/2 ts Salt
2 c Herb stuffing
1/3 c Butter or marg; melted
1/2 c Fresh mushrooms; sliced
1/3 c Green onions; sliced
1 tb Parsley; chopped
1 tb Pimento; chopped
2 ts Lemon juice
1/4 ts Margarine
Wash and dry trout. In mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Stuff fish and place in steamer basket. Add 1-1/2 cups water to
reservoir, cover and steam from 26 to 30 minutes.
Serves 3
