1 1/2 c Broccoli flowerets; small
2 md Carrots; sliced thin
1 sm Onion; sliced
3/4 c Chicken broth
1/4 ts Salt
1 tb Cornstarch
1 tb Water; cold
1 c Mushrooms; sliced

skillet with cooking spray; heat until hot. Add ginger and garlic;
stir fry about 1 minute or until light brown. Add broccoli, carrots,
and onion; stir fry 1 minute. Stir in broth and salt; stir into
vegetable mixture. Cook and stir 10 seconds or until thickened. Add
water and mushrooms; cook and stir 30 seconds.
