6 Guavas -or-
1 tb Oil 1 ts Dried dill
1 c Mushrooms; chopped 1/2 ts Each salt and pepper
1 tb Onion; chopped 1 tb Sesame seeds
1/2 c Green olives; chopped 1 c Onions; sliced
2 tb Parsley; chopped 1 c Carrots; sliced
4 ts Fresh dill weed; chopped 3 tb Garlic; minced
Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic;
stir-fry until browned, 20 to 30 seconds. Add beef and stir-fry until
browned. Add ginger, fish sauce, and soy sauce; stir-fry for 1
minute. Mix in oyster sauce and sugar. Add bell pepper and onion.
Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes. Serve hot over
freshly-cooked rice.
