Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 c Sliced fresh Strawberries 1/2 c Heavy cream, whipped
2 T Sugar 12 x Dessert Crepes
14 oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk 12 x Whole Strawberries to garnis
1/4 c Lemon Juice
Sprinkle sliced strawberries with sugar; set aside.
Beat milk with lemon juice until thick. Fold in strawberries and
whipped cream. Divide among crepes; fold. Garnish with additional
whipped cream and a strawberry centered on the cream. Yields 6
servings.
