Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/4 c Flour 1 c Milk
2 1/2 ts Baking powder 1/3 c Butter, melted
1/4 ts Salt Egg, beaten
1 c Rolled oats 1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Sugar 1 c Strawberries, chpd
Preheat oven 425 deg. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into a
large bowl. Stir in oats and sugar. Set aside. Combine milk,
butter, egg, and vanilla in a small bowl. Stir milk mixture into dry
ingredients until just moistened. Stir in strawberries. Spoon
batter into muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full. Bake 15-18 mins or
until lightly browned and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
