Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 pk Strawberry gelatin
2 c Water, boiling
20 oz Strawberries, frozen, pkgd.
1 pk Pecans, chopped
1 1/2 c Pineapple, crushed
2 lg Bananas, ripe, diced
2 tb Lemon juice
Sour cream dressing
--------------------SOUR CREAM DRESSING-------------------------
1 c Sour cream, dairy
1 ts Sugar
1/4 ts Ginger, ground
ds Salt
Dissolve gelatin into boiling water. Add berries, stirring
occasionally until thawed. Stir in pineapple, pecans, banana and
lemon juice. Pour into mold (6 1/2 cup). Chill until firm.
Dressing: Combine all ingredients and chill well.
