Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
16 oz cream cheese -- softened/or
: low-fat
1/2 c strawber
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c light sour cream
1 TB orange liqueur
1 ts vanilla extract
Process cream cheese, strawberries, sugar, sour cream, liqueur, and
vanilla in a blender or food processor until very smooth. Pour into
bowl, cover, and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with your choice of
dippers.
