Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

8 oz Pkg cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c Milk
1/4 c Coffee, divided
1 pk Vanilla instant pudding (4
-1/2 oz)
2 c Cool Whip, thawed
3 oz Pkg ladyfingers, split
-lengthwise (soft type)
2 pt Fresh strawberries, sliced
6 oz Bitterseet chocolate, grated
3 Whole strawberries, sliced,
-for garnish

Prep time: 30 minutes Chill time: 4 hours or overnight

Beat the cream cheese until smooth and gradually blend in 1/2 cup of
the milk and 1/2 of the coffee. Add the vanilla pudding powder and
remaining milk. Beat until smooth and thoroughly combined. Fold in
the Cool Whip. Arrange lady fingers in bottom of a clear glass bowl.
Brush with 1/2 cup coffee. Use half the strawberries and arrange onto
ladyfindgers. Layer 1/2 the cream cheese mixture, spoon onto berries.
Sprinkle with some of the grated chocolate. Repeat. Cover top with
grated chocolate and garnish with sliced berries and sprig of fresh
mint.
