4 tb Lamb Chops;thick ds Salt
4 tb Butter ds Pepper
1 Garlic;minced;clove 1/2 c Bread Crumbs
2 tb Parsley;chopped
Make a pocket in the thickest part of the chop. Mix remaining
ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste. Insert mixture in pocket;
secure chops with tooth picks.
Broil 8 minutes for rare, 14 minutes for medium rare, 18 minutes
for medium.
Variations: Omit parsley, add
: tarragon or rosemary.
