Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 x Green pepper ; lengthwise, 1 ea Med Onion
1 x Grind together: 15 oz Corn ; can of (not creamed
1 lb Cheese ; colby long horn c 1 ds Accent
mix well spray baking pan with Pam or Mazola spray to prevent
sticking. Place peppers in pan cut side up. Fill withthe filling.
Bake at 350 until cheese is bubbly and melted. NOTE: This mixture
makes a good casserole by itself or with cut up peppers.
