Main Ingredients:
1 cooked chicken breast ½ avocado 1 tomato black pepper mayonnaise 2 slives granary bread
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1. Cut the cooked chicken into long thin strips. Arrange on buttered granary bread. 2. Add similar sized strips of avocado, dot with mayonnaise, add thinly sliced tomato and grind black pepper over the sandwich. 3. Top sandwich with another slice of buttered granary bread. You could use cooked prawns instead of chicken as an alternative
