Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Nectarines -- diced
10 oz Strawberries, frozen
1 c Orange juice
28 oz Club soda -- * see note
Mint sprigs
* Use seltzer water instead of club soda if you wish.
Combine nectarines or honeydew, partially thawed strawberries and
orange juice in blender. Whirl until smooth. Pour into chilled
glasses about 2/3 full. Slowly add club soda. Garnish with mint
sprigs.
