Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
-------------------SUMMER SALAD DRESSING------------------------
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
5 tb Olive oil
1 Shallot or small onion,
-finely chopped
1 ts Dijon mustard
1 tb Chopped fresh thyme
-OR-
1/2 ts Thyme, dried
Salt and pepper, to taste
PLACE all ingredients into a screw top jar. Secure lid and shake until
combined. Toss with salad greens and serve barbecued foods.
