Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Plain yogurt
1/4 c Frozen orange juice concentr
1 tb Sugar
Put yogurt, orange juice concentrate, and sugar in a blender. Cover
and blend on high speed about two minutes until smooth and frothy.
Pour into a tall aglass. Serve immediately. Makes about 1 serving.
