1 c Chopped carrots
1 c Chopped celery
1 lg Onion, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
2 Bay leaves
1 ts Dried parsley
1/2 ts Dried thyme
4 cn Low-sodium chicken broth
-(14.5 oz)
-OR
2 qt Homemade chicken broth,
-divided
1 1/2 c Chopped cooked chicken
2 c Buckeye's Football Pasta
-or other pasta shapes,
-cooked
Salt to taste (opt)
Pepper to taste (opt)
NOTE: The recipe originally didn't contain any instructions, so I'll
have to "wing it." Here goes ... MPO.
Mix all ingredients; microwave on HIGH 5 minutes, or until it is as
warm as you like it.
