Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 lb Russet potatoes, cooked, 2 tb Minced parsley
-peeled and shredded 1 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Sour cream 1/2 ts Dill weed
1 1/2 c Swiss cheese, shredded -Dash pepper
1 md Carrot, shredded -Paprika to taste
1/4 c Minced onion
Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup Swiss cheese and paprika. Turn
into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle with remaining cheese
and paprika. Bake in a preheated 350 oven30-40 minutes.
