Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Tomato juice Fresh pepper
1 lb Tilefish fillets; cut in 2 tb Fresh basil; minced
- squares 8 oz Spinach fettucine; cooked
2 Garlic cloves; minced
Cut fillets in 1-in squares. Simmer covered in tomato juice with
garlic, pepper, and basil, about 8 minutes. Toss with green noodles
