8 oz Lean boneless pork loin Equal 1/2 ts sugar
1/2 c Chicken bouillon 1 tb Vinegar
1/4 md Green pepper, diced 1/2 c Cooked enriched rice
ds Garlic powder 1 md Tomato, cut into 6 wedges
1/2 c Canned crushed pineapple, Salt to taste
No sugar added 1/2 ts Chopped fresh parsley
Artificial sweetener to
Broil pork 4 inches from source of heat 5 minutes on each side.
Remove; cool; cut into 1-inch cubes. Place in a nonstick skillet with
bouillon, pepper and garlic. Simmer, stirring, until liquid has
reduced to half its volume. Add pineapple, sweetener and vinegar.
Fold in rice and tomato. Season to taste. Heat thoroughly over low
flame, stirring gently, until liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle with
