Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Hot Water
1 1/4 c Instant Dry Milk -- nonfat
Ok
Combine sugar and hot water in a blender and blend for 1 minute,
pulsing on and off until sugar has partially dissolved. With blender
running, add instant dry milk powder slowly. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
Store, covered, in refrigerator if not used immediately. Can be used
in all recipes.
