3 tb Margarine or. butter -Dash of ground nutmeg
3 tb Gold Medal all-purpose 1 L/2 Cups milk
-flour 1/3 c Dry white wine
1/4 ts Salt 1/2 c Shredded Swiss cheese 6
-Dash of pepper -ounces)
Heat margarine in I l/2-quart saucepan until melted. Stir in flour,
salt, pepper and nutmeg until blended. Cook over low heat, stirring
constantly, until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in milk
and wine. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir I
minute; remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted.
