Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Nutmeg
1 1/4 c Steen's syrup
1 c Boiling water with
2 ts Soda
1 1/3 c Oil
3 Eggs
2 3/4 c Flour
1 ts Cinnamon
Mix first 6 ingredients in large mixing bowl then add: 1 cup boiling
water with 2 tsp soda added to it. Stir well, then add gradually 2
3/4 cups flour.
Bake in 9x13 inch pan at 350 for 40-45 min. Bake in 2 round pans at
350 for 30-35 min. Bake as cupcakes at
325 for 20-25 min.
