1 c Tahina
1 c Fresh lemon juce
40 Milliliters
1 ts Salt
1 c Finely chopped fresh
Parsley
1/2 c Finely chopped mint
Optional
Garlic -- mashed
Mix the tahina and lemon juice. Mash the garlic cloves with the salt.
Add to the tahina mixture, stir in the parsley. Taste the mixture for
seasoning; you may also want to add a little more lemon juice. A nice
variation is the addition of 1/2 c finely cho
