1 c Pineapple, chunked drained
1/2 c Plain yogurt
2 c Chopped chicken or turkey
1/2 ts Curry powder
3/4 c Red grapes, halved
1/3 c Oats, uncooked
1/2 c Sliced celery
1/3 c Dry roasted peanuts
Stir curry into yogurt and add all ingredients except oats and
peanuts. Add those immediately before serving and mix. Makes 4
servings at 275 calories each.
