Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

8 oz Macaroni -- bow tie pasta 3/4 c Mayonnaise -- or salad
Cooked and drained Dressing
1 cn Tuna in water -- 9 oz 4 ts Fresh tarragon -- or 1 tsp.
Drained and flaked Dried
1/3 c Sweet red peppers -- 2 ts Lemon juice
Chopped 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Green onions -- sliced 1/2 ts Pepper

In a large bowl, combine pasta, tuna, red pepper and onions. In a
small bowl or jar with tight-fitting lid, combine remaining
ingredients; mix or shake well. Pour over salad and toss gently.
chill for 1 hour. Yield: 4 servings.
