1 c Minute Rice-uncooked
1 tb Margarine
2 tb Carrots-shredded
2 tb Walnuts-chopped (or Almonds)
1 c Water
1 tb Soy Sauce-light
1 tb Celery-chopped
1/4 c Ham, pork, chicken, shrimp*
* Cooked and Diced used 2 cups for main dish.
1. Sautee uncooked Minute Rice in margarine. 2. Stir in Soy Sauce 3.
Stir in water; let boil 4. Add shredded carrots, chopped meats,
celery and nuts. Cover. Remove
from heat. Serve in 5 minutes. 5. Good for left overs.
