1 pk Foster Farms Chicken Combo 1 ts Sesame seeds
-pack (about 3 pounds)
-----------------------TERIYAKI SAUCE----------------------------
1/4 c Soy sauce 2 ts Cornstarch
1/4 c Pineapple juice or water 1 ts Grated ginger
2 tb Brown sugar 2 Cloves garlic
1 tb Red wine vinegar -finely chopped
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse chicken; pat dry. Line jelly roll
pan, 15x10x1 inches, with aluminum foil; spray with nonstick cooking
spray. Arrange chicken in pan; bake 40 minutes. Brush on Teriyaki
Sauce. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until sauce browns and chicken
is no longer pink when cut into. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Teriyaki Sauce:
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients, stir to dissolve
cornstarch. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer about 2 minutes or
until sauce thickens.
