1 lb Raw medium-large prawns -1 1/2" chunks
1 lb Raw large scallops 16 Cherry tomatoes with stems
1 sm Pineapple trimmed, cored 1/2 c SW Teriyaki Cooking Sauce
-and cut into 1 1/2" chunks -and Marinade
2 Bell peppers, cut into 8 Skewers
Place seafood in boiling water for approximately 1 minute; drain.
Shell prawns, leaving tails in place. Alternate seafood with
pineapple, bell pepper and tomato on 8 skewers. Thoroughly coat each
skewer with marinade and let stand 20-30 minutes. Grill or broil 3-4
