  2 lb Chicken Breast;sliced, boned      1/2    Jalapeno Pepper;seeded;
      1 c  Coconut Milk;unsweetened            1 tb Cilantro;chopped
    1/2 c  Mango Chutney                       1 tb Mint;chopped
    1/4 c  Peanuts;chopped, roasted            2 tb Peanut Oil
 
     Combine all ingredients except chicken in food processor or
  blender. Blend until smooth.
     Thread thin sliced chicken breast pieces on skewers; place in a
  shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken; refrigerate overnight.
     Cook quickly on very hot barbecue or close to oven broiler.
