Main Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2/3 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 or 3 mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Mix the soda into the buttermilk and stir hard until it foams good. Then mix in order given. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Elbow Lake
