1 ga Black-Eyed Peas -- drained -chopped
5 md Jalapenos -- minced 1/4 c Seasoned Salt
1 sm White Onion -- chopped 1/2 c Chili Powder
2 c Italian Dressing 1/2 c Ground Cumin
2 Green Bell Peppers -- 1 ts Ground Red Pepper
Combine black-eyed peas with remaining ingredients. Serve chilled
with corn chips. Texas-sized recipe makes 5 quarts.
