3/4 c Mayonnaise 1/2 ts Sea salt
1/4 c Sour cream 1/2 ts Fresh ground pepper
2 tb Grated onions 8 c Shredded red cabbage
2 tb Chopped parsley 8 c Shredded green cabbage
2 ts Dijon mustard 4 Carrots -- grated
1 1/2 ts Celery seed
In a large bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, parsley,
mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper. Add red and green cabbage, as
well as carrots. Toss until well combined. Serves 24.
