Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Cheddar Cheese -- grated 2 tb Worcestershire Sauce
16 oz Cream Cheese -- softened 1 ts Salt
1 c Blue Cheese -- crumbled Pecans -- chopped
1/2 c Onion -- finely chopped
Combine cheeses with onion, Worcestershire, and salt. Mold into a
ball then roll in chopped pecans. Chill.
