Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 cn Cut green beans, drained
-(16 oz)
1 cn Kidney beans, drained (16oz)
1 cn Yellow wax beans, drained
-(16 oz)
1 cn SPAM Luncheon Meat, cubed
-(7 oz)
1/3 c Chopped onion
1/3 c Sugar
1/3 c Oil
1/3 c Cider vinegar
1 tb Stone-ground mustard
1/4 t Coarsely ground pepper
In bowl, combine green beans, kidney beans, wax beans, SPAM, and
onion. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over SPAM
mixture. Stir gently. Cover and refrigerate several hours or
overnight.
