Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

6 Baking potatoes 5 ts Dried thyme
-cut into 1/2" wedges 1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Olive oil Pepper to taste
1/4 c Thyme, chopped or

Saut? potatoes in oil in large heavy skillet over medium heat for
about 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add remaining ingredients, reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 5
minutes. Turn potatoes and cover. Cook until tender, about 12 minutes.

Uncover and raise heat to medium-high. Cook until potatoes are
browned, turning occasionally. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
