Tipsy sweet potatoes

Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 1/2 c Cooked, mashed Pinch of salt
- sweet potatoes 1/3 c Jack Daniel's whiskey
4 tb Butter; soft Pecan halves
1/2 c Firmly packed - or marshmallow for topping
- light brown sugar

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients except topping.
Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole. Top with pecan halves or
marshmallows. Bake 20 minutes, until bubbly. Makes 6 to 8 servings,
but be careful, everyone will want seconds!
