Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 sl Bread
3 ts Butter or margarine
4 ea Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Remove centers from each slice of bread with a biscut cutter. Brown in
butter on one side then turn. Slip egg into hole and cook to desired
firmness, seasoning to taste.
