2 tb Unsalted butter
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Cumin
Dash of hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 c Unblanched almonds
1 tb Pickling salt
In saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce,
cumin and hot pepper sauce; simmer gently for 5 minutes. Stir in
almonds and coat well.
Spread nuts on baking sheet and bake in 325øF oven, stirring
occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes or until toasted. Sprinkle with
salt and serve warm. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Source: Canadian Living
