Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
24 oz Tofu, chilled mashed 15 ea Strawberries, cut vertically
4 1/2 tb Honey -- into halves
2 ts Vanilla extract 1/4 c Sliced hazelnuts
Combine the tofu, honey vanilla in a large serving bowl. Mix well with a
fork. Dot the surface with strawberries, then sprinkle with nuts. Serve.
