10 1/2 oz Firm tofu 1/2 ts Lemon juice
1/4 c Vegetable oil 1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Confectioners sugar 1 tb Vanilla
Combine all ingredients and blend in blender until smooth. Serve
immediately or chill.
