Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 lb Tomatillos
1 Onion -- quartered
5 Jalapenos
2 c Cilantro
Salt and pepper
Process tomatillos, onion, chiles and cilantro in food processor until
large chunks have disappeared. Place in blender and blend until
smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
