2 lg Tomatoes, peeled, seeded,
-and diced
2 Green peppers, diced and
-lightly fried
1 bn Cilantro, chopped fine
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
1 1/2 ts Cumin
1/4 c Olive oil
1 ts Salt
1 Garlic clove, chopped fine
1 c Lemon juice
1/2 Onion, chopped fine

Mix all ingredients and serve
