Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/3 c Olive oil -- or vegetable 1 Head iceberg lettuce --
Oil Torn
1 c Red wine vinegar 2 sm Red onion -- thinly sliced
2 Cloves garlic -- minced 2 lg Tomatoes -- diced
1 ds Salt 1 Jar pimiento -- diced 4 oz
1 ds Pepper 2/3 c Parmesan cheese -- shredded
2 bn Romaine lettuce -- torn

In a small bowl or jar with a tigh-fitting lid, combine oil, vinegar,
garlic, salt and pepper; set aside. In a large salad bowl, combine all
remaining ingredients. Chill until ready to serve. Just before serving
whisk or shake dressing; pour over salad and toss. Yield: 14 servings.
