Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 md Tomatoes -- cut into 3 tb Olive oil
- 1 tb Red wine vinegar
1 md Cucumber -- peeled diced Salt and pepper
7 Imported black olives Leaf lettuce -- optional
- 1 " chunks
4 oz Feta cheese -- crumbled Coarsely chopped
Add cucumbers and olives to tomatoes. Crumble feta cheese over
vegetables; drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Add salt and pepper
to taste just before serving. Serve on a bed of lettuce, if desired.
