Peanut Butter Filling 2 c Sugar
2 ea Pk cream cheese, softened, 2 t Vanilla extract
-(3oz each) 3 ea Eggs
1/2 c Peanut butter 1 1/4 c All purpose flour
1/4 c Sugar 1/2 t Baking powder
1 ea Egg 1/4 t Salt
2 T Milk 1 c Milk chocolate chips
Brownies 3/4 c Cocoa
1 c Butter, melted
Heat oven to 350. Grease 13/9/2-inch baking pan. Prepare PEANUT
BUTTER FILLING. Stir together melted butter, sugar and vanilla. Add
eggs; beat well. Add cocoa; beat until well blended. Add flour,
baking powder and salt; beat well. Stir in chips. Remove 1 cup
batter. Pour remaining batter into prepare pan. Spread PEANUT BUTTER
FILLING over surface. Drop reserved chocolate batter by teaspoonfuls
over filling. Using knife, gently swirl for marbled effect. Bake 35
to 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted center comes almost clean.
PEANUT BUTTER FILLING: In small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese,
peanut butter, sugar, 1 egg and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth and
creamy.
