1 c Cottage cheese 1/8 ts Pepper
1/2 c Shredded Swiss 1/4 c Shredded carrots
1/4 c Grated Parmesan 1/4 c Unsalted sunflower seeds
2 tb Milk (opt)
1/8 ts Dill weed
In a blender or food processor, combine cheeses, milk, dill and
pepper. Process until smooth. Stir in carrots. Cover and chill.
Just before serving, stir in the sunflower seeds, if desired.
Makes 1 3/4 c
