Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Diced cooked chicken 1/2 ts Salt
4 sl Pineapple, diced 1/3 c Mayonnaise
2 Bananas, diced 2 tb Lemon juice
1 c Chopped celery Salad greens
Toss all ingredients except salad greens. Refrigerate 1 hour until
well chilled. Line bowl with greens. Spoon chicken salad on top and
serve.
