Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 T Salad oil 1/4 c Lime juice
5 1/2 t Basil 2 ea Kiwi fruit
6 oz Thinly sliced Canadian bacon 2 T Honey
1 ea Peeled and cored pineapple

Heat oil in a wide frying pan over medium-high heat. Add bacon and
cook turning once, until lightly browned (about 3 minutes).
Meanwhile, mix lime juice, honey, and basil; set aside. Slice
pineapple crosswise about 1/3" thick. Peel kiwi fruit and slice
crosswise about 1/4" thick. Arrange pineapple, kiwis, and bacon on
individual plates. Drizzle with honey mixture.
